Full service and everything you need for an excellent biking experience
I didn't catch the name of the nice salesman who helped up (maybe he was bald? early 30s, white dude?) but he was super helpful and I would totally go back to buy form him again. He was knowledgeable and could describe the differences between similar products at different price points. kind and patient with my fidgety 2 year old. thanks!

We have been customers for a long time. Purchasing bikes has been a good experience but the service runs long and not always the most friendly.
Staff is always friendly and helpful, I tend to trust Helen’s over other bike shops to diagnose, fix, and handle my bike with care and consistency.

I went to get new inner tubes installed on son's bike because they were popped and they did it but didn't tighten the chain and it fell off and I had to fix it.

The guy who took my bike, said it would take 5 days, but I came in the next day and spoke with the actual repair guy who said he most likely could get it done same day as they were slow. He fixed it before close on a Sunday and we were able to get the bke back in 2 days rather than 5. So grateful for the help.
