Serving the community for as long has I have lived here. I was treated courteously and representatives were knowledgeable about the products.
If you REALLY care, send someone *undercover* and see for yourself how the customer service is? Send enough people to test each worker. Send a male, a female, and a different race for each gender. Then tabulate the score. I am a black male, and I’ve been to the store several times, and each time I’ve felt unwelcome, and service has been rude. (On time brought matter to management.) This last experience convinced me I do not want to endure treatment ever again!!

The guys who service the bikes are the best. Swift and efficient. And the "concierge" fella outside the back door during this crappy COVID period, who guides patrons inside the store for this and/or that is in full command of store info and services with an ability to recommend simple fixes to bike problems that appear to be hard to the untrained eye.

The blonde lady who works in the “treatment room for the bicycles” is absolutely amazing! She solved out the problem I was having with my bike & had me out of there in like 10 minutes. Fabulous!
I can’t quite say the same about the older guy at the counter though. When he initially addressed me, he balked at the issue I was having with my bike seat (which was too tall).
After the lady figured out my problem, he then blurted out, “ Well, it’s going to cost you $30!” 🤷🏽♀️ as if I had said anything about price.
Guess he was treating me according to what he thought about the “skin I’m in”...☹️
I will not only recommend your company to others seeking bikes, but will advise them to speak with Ernesto Castro in particular. He was extremely helpful in providing great customer service for me to find exactly what I was looking for in a mountain bike!
