Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff that got exactly the job that was needed done. On top of that, they were very flexible in terms of making their services available despite being busy,
I needed to fit a larger cassette on my bicycle and when I brought it in, I had fit the cassette but couldn’t get it to work with my derailleur. They tried and couldn’t do it either so they put the old cassette and chain on without me asking- leaving the bicycle totally useable so that I could still ride that weekend. I asked them to try a Gear Link and they ordered it, installed it, extended the chain, and got it working- now I have a better gear range! I found them super-proactive and capable. Also- I have a Cruzbike recumbent and they didn’t balk. A lot of stores turn you away!

Like how entering the Broadway SM store you enter through the maintenance area--makes me feel good about coming here after my purchase for upkeep and repair.
Like how even when I brought my kid's cheapo bike in for repair when they were little, was treated with same respect as if we were Olympic cyclists that needed a quick repair.
Like how we were always charged fairly for repairs and got good advise.

Even though we bought 4 bikes, We couldn’t get our older road bike for service because it would take 10 days to get it back.
I’ve purchased six bikes from i martin over the years and have been very satisfied with the experience my mechanic knows me and my bike and can predict when I’ll need brakes replaced!! This is my shop! I always recommend I martin.

I unfortunately ended up cancelling my order but I really appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable Brady was in showing me the ebike. I would highly recommend Helen's cycles.
I showed up fairly late one day when the store was about to close within the next 15 minutes but the associates were kind enough to show me around. One gentleman, Eric showed me bikes that were just what I was looking for. Then, I came back the next day and purchased a bike and Cameron helped me load it into the car. Another guy helped me pick out a good bike lock as well.
Greg was patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated his help to make the decision with bike selection for my son.
