The huge set of repairs to my cross bike ended up costing less than the estimate and were done quickly. Leo explained everything needed to be done in an educating and helpful way and gave me options.

Leo did a great job on my bike. Originally he told me it would be ready the next day but when he found out how important it was for me to ride tomorrow morning he was able to have the bike ready for me in just a few hours so I could ride the next morning. Thank you

My salesman was super nice, Josh I think was his name. During COVID, I had a flat tire and I was kind of rudely turned away. I biked down the street to Cynergy, where the service guys were very very nice and repaired my flat tire. I have bought my bikes from Helen's and I know you have stock/purchasing power. However, I was hesitant to return. I am very glad that my experience was excellent, and my salesman gave me some great advice. Thanks!

Great personal attention. As a newer rider, I had a lot of questions and not a ton of information. So, I was relying on Cameron's expertise. He gave great advice, shot me straight, and I didn't feel like I was being upsold. In short, I trusted him. Thank you!
