Great service , and personnel. When buying products I always ask if there are any coupons or sale discounts available and they always give a 10% discount. I was talking to another customer about the great service techs and my young salesman failed to give me a discount. I forgot to ask. Had purchased a new tire and tube. He processed the purchase before a was back at the register.
My fault, shame on me, I always ask but felt the young salesperson should have offered!!
I had a minor brake problem on my bike, and it was fixed on the spot within a minute and at no charge. You guys also had the battery I needed for my bike computer. Great service!

Customer service is always top rate. I.Martin employees answer all inquiries with both clarity and patience. Leo is phenomenal!
Bikes…it’s important to test ride and make sure you find one you like and it’s fits well. I took my daughter and she instantly gravitated to one bike over another after a test ride. It fitted her well and so it was a no brained. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The bike selection is OK, but there are other major brands I would like to have seen.
Services were great !
I dropped off my bike on Saturday for a tune up, they said it’d be ready Wednesday. Got a call the next day that it was ready!
They are always super polite and helpful. I really love coming here.

For bike service, Monte was great at the receiving desk in the parking lot. Wilber in service was so fast and so good and my Santa Cruz Superlight (which I bought from Helen's many years ago!) is better than ever now, with my new front fork! In and out same day! Bravo!
They are always very friendly and helpful. I've had to take my bikes there on multiple occasions for repairs. They always take care of me and my bike comes back better than before.
Spent $1000 and was only given 15% discount on additional bike items to go with the purchase... Then I paid for an item that was not put in the bag when bagging up at the register. This was documented and no one called to let me know even though they called me to pick up my bike earlier in the week and had my information on file. I came back the next day and they gave me the item no problem but I was shocked to hear they knew exactly what happened (a mistake on their fault at the register) and were just waiting around hoping I'd never come back for something I paid for and did not receive.

The guy at the counter was so helpful and easy going, I got my purchase done in 20min! And I live the aftercare service. Makes me less worried about buying a faulty bike.
