Everyone at the shop was very friendly!
The way you treat customers like sheep to be feared has turned me off forever. Your competition in store and online doesn’t shut down for two hours or barricade customers outside until they are ready to receive the customer. I actively recommend that all my biker friends go elsewhere. I only came into the store to spend a gift card. I have to say that the feeling I got when I opened the gift card was dread. Was this the way people shopped in the Soviet Union?
Nice store! I was impressed with the large inventory of bikes and accessories.

I was disappointed that I was going to have to drive up to Santa Monica to pick up my daughter's new bike, but then I was thrilled that the Helen's Cycles team immediately agreed to ship it to their Manhattan Beach store for me... not only that, but they were also happy to hold it in store for me for a week so that I didn't have to worry about hiding her birthday present till the big day. Thank you for your wonderful customer service! She loves her new big girl bike :)

Friendly service
i bought an TACX NEO 2T and Shimano R8000 cassette this week. The guy help me installed these but he have short of experience, cassette had not been tighten well and screw with stripped out thread now. Installation guide say disc brake bike should add 2.7mm spacer which included in package, but he forget it..

I was waiting for 10 minutes to speak with a sales person but I was totally ignored. Luckily I knew where to find what I needed. One item was out of stock and another item I just picked what ever was on the shelf. Next time I’ll order what I need on Amazon.
