I was very happy that my bike was immediately repaired when I brought it in. Excellent friendly service.
The guys fixing bikes in back are easy going and expert at their jobs. Took them 10 minutes to change a flat tire for me, although I expected to have to leave my bike for hours. That’s always nice.
I’ve been purchasing bicycles and equipment from my Martin for 45 years. Always been very helpful and great service. The mechanics are fantastic.
I came in for a gift card and it was a very easy transaction. It included a nice folder and envelope.

Helen's has been my go-to bike shop for more years than I care to think about. I'm a casual cyclist, but I know of if I ever wanted to get more serious about it, Helen's would be where I'd start. The fact that the place is obviously the preferred shop of so many serious cyclists is only part of why. There's a small town mom and pop vibe to the place, in spite of it being home to so many high-end bikes and equipment. The staff is eager to help, you've got a great repair and maintenance set-up on site....I don't know if this analogy would make any sense, but.....I grew up surfing in the South Bay. The area is home to lots of popular surf shops, but ET was always the go-to place. Whether you needed a skateboard assembled, a new wetsuit, *advice*....they just made you feel like family. Helen's is to cycling what ET is/was to board riding.
I bought my 1st bike at I Martin bikes in 1995. I always go there for repairs with Milton.
