Mike was very helpful, professional and very friendly!! I was looking for a Trek FX Sport 6 and they are on back order where I live in San Diego. With Mike's help, I was able to purchase this bike from Helen's Cycles and have it shipped to San Diego. Now I'll be riding again in just a few days as opposed to waiting for several months!! Can't say enough about how easy and enjoyable my experience was !! Thank you Mike and everyone at Helen's!!

The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and provide a personal touch of customer service, like, remembering your name! The bike mechanic Wilbur found an economical, quick, and improved fix for my broken front derailleur. I'd gone to two bike shops prior for a tune-up and diagnosis for any maintenance issues. After 5 minutes I was convinced they were worth the extra 20-minute drive for all my service and purchase needs. Great job!
