Maestro is the nicest guy around and he’s always super helpful when I bring a bike in for repairs. I trust him.

I had a very great experience purchasing a bike long distance via phone calls and e-mails. Both Jay and Eric were very helpful in helping me size the bike as well as arranging the shipment to Hawaii where I live. Their customer service was excellent!
The sales person was a bit gruff with me ... granted I was a bit unsure of the type of pedal I required ... but that is one reason I went to Helens ...thanks fir asking

Every time I’ve been in I’ve been treated like I’m the main focus of the person helping me. They always help set me up with what I need.
I was very happy that my bike was immediately repaired when I brought it in. Excellent friendly service.
The guys fixing bikes in back are easy going and expert at their jobs. Took them 10 minutes to change a flat tire for me, although I expected to have to leave my bike for hours. That’s always nice.
