We bought two bikes with lots of help from Seth - very pleased with the process and the bikes!
Bought a new Trek Madone SL7 eTap from Helen's
Worked with Daniel & Greg to get the bike & setup.
Daniel did an outstanding job setting me up on the bike & ensuring the shoes fit perfectly and also adjusted a few things so I would not have any more knee pain.

I had a very great experience purchasing a bike long distance via phone calls and e-mails. Both Jay and Eric were very helpful in helping me size the bike as well as arranging the shipment to Hawaii where I live. Their customer service was excellent!

No hard sell, no hustle, no heavy pressure sales tactics. Just the initial 'let me know if you need anything' and then you let us go explore all the great items the store has to offer.

Helen's and I. Martin always make me happy, it doesn't matter which store I visit! The staff is knowledgeable, patient and flexible. They are willing to inform as well as suggest based on the customer's need and desires. The supply chain issues facing consumers impacts multitudes of businesses but the Santa Monica store has an broad selection of pedal powered Trek, Pinarello, Santa Cruz, Cannondale and Colnago bicycles. Occasionally, they obtain some Ibis and other boutique brands. The selection of e-Bikes is solid and appears to be one of the fastest growing segments of bicycling in the U.S. Very few stores can carry the broad diversity of boutique bicycles from around the world, but Helen's does a wonderful job with what they offer. The service department is top notch and the July 4th sale is the bomb!
