Had previously met with Brady the week before with my husband who he sold a bike to a few days prior - called ahead and confirmed he was working and loosely said I’d be there round 12pm. My name was already on the waiting list but I waited about 30 minutes till someone called me up (I assumed it was Brady) after 5 minutes of chatting to the guy realized it wasn’t Brady... got sold the Verve 1 bike and after paying I reviewed the receipt and realized it was not the Verve that Brady had emailed me about. The one I received was cheaper - realized the other guy showed me the Verve 1 instead of Verve 2. Was pretty annoyed as I did want to liaise with Brady and I had done my research on Verve 2.. I told the other guy about the mistake so he then ended up showing me what the Verve 2 looks like but flagged it was a different size and by that stage I just went with the Verve 1... Hopefully it’s ok when I ride it!!
Next time, I’d flag to the customer that the person they’re waiting for is still n/a and that someone else can assist if needed - that way the customer can decide whether they’d prefer to wait or go with the other person... would also always confirm the exact model rather than generally talking about it.

Very thankful to have Eric who is a master mechanic at Helen’s. He has extensive knowledge about Campy products and was able to fix an issue where others could not figure out.
It was worth the wait. The Trek 820 I got rides so smoothly. The service was quick too

I ordered a bicycle seat post this past March and never heard back. Nobody ever answered the phone, or replied to my emails. I had to wait in line to enter the store and after 3 visits over 6 wks. I gave up and ordered it from Amazon and had it in 2 days.
