We stopped at the store on Folsom-Auburn road and they were so busy they didn’t have time to show us cycling helmets so we looked on our own but left the store without buying. Stopped at El Dorado Hills store on our way home and our sales person talked to us about features of various helmets and we left the store with two new helmets. Good customer service made the difference.
This was the first time in about 6 years that I returned to Folsom Bike. My first and only experience was going into purchase a mountain bike. My budget was about $6k and I was very excited. I walked in and the guy behind the counter said, "what's up buddy". Didn't even look up at me - I took my $6K and bough a mountain bike at another local shop.
