Andrew Hammond and Muuqi Maxwell were outstanding. The minute I walked in the door Andrew was on it providing options for shoes and pedals that I was looking for. He further inspected my older Cannondale bike and directed me to Muugi to have a look over and scheduled a time for me to bring the bike in for service.
Best of all, although I was not looking for a new bike at this time Andrew gave me a brief review of the latest models and current technology (which I must say I was very much living in the past). I walked in looking for a pair of socks and will most likely end up buying a complete suite before it's over.
If and when I'll need a new bike (or other accessories) I'm sure to go to Folsom Bike.

Your were great from getting out of the car to the door...a little slow on the counter but after that service was great...Shaw & Munja answered many questions about Germin etc. & even helped me load my bike back onto the car. Great service. I'll be back for sure.
