I am new to the area and it is great having a bike shop near. Love the location. Haven't had the chance to really browse the store, yet, but I am thoroughly impressed with the products I see. Looking forward to getting my bike in for a tune-up. The guys at the service desk were very knowledgeable and service-oriented.
Experienced and skilled, but too busy these days. Yet, your staff took the time to check out what I thought was a bottom bracket issue, and solved the mystery within 5 minutes, allowing me to return home with my bike and be ready to ride the following day!

You all need better brands on the mountain bike front. You need to carry one of the top 3-4 brands. You would sell a lot more bikes if you had santa cruz, ibis, pivot etc in the store.
