Helpful, polite and accommodating. I brought in for a repair and at first quoted a date that was a little too far in the future. They worked to squeeze my bike in and said they would do their best to have completed in 5-6 days. 2 days later it was done. My expectations were exceeded.

I had both a tire that needed new sealant and a slightly bent derailler. I did not purchase the bike from Folsom B&T and it was not a make the store carries.
Nonetheless Josh was great!! He did the work quickly, finished well ahead of schedule, and charged a very fair price. In fact he found some work that did not need to be done. He explained all of this to me.

I crashed my bike on the bike trail and broke my hip. When I brought my bike in for repairs, they went over the damage and suggested that a tune-up would be all it needed. When I got it back it looked like a new bike. Everything was like new. I have been a long time customer and have always been very pleased with their work and support

Travis was wonderful. I didn’t think I wanted an electric bike but honestly with all the hills it helps so much. Now I think I can go anywhere. I’ve had my bike for 24 hours and ridden it for over 2 hours. My Electra is beautiful and a blast. I’m going to start to ride her to work. That is very exciting. I love my new bike! I woke up this morning so excited!

The bike shop is always well stock of accessories, clothing, and bikes.
The staff is pretty knowledgeable about the various products and provides advices on lubes to bike types. I had inquired about ceramic chain lubes and Travis gave me some tips and recommendations on the products to pick.
You have the most knowledgeable technicians of any shop I've ever dealt with. You were quick to get me scheduled for a tune up and my old Vitus never looked better. I think your prices are fair and your work is top notch. I'm totally satisfied with Folsom Bike.
Travis and the Andrews were really helpful in choosing a bike. They listened to what I was looking for and walked me through all the choices with patience and strong insight. They did not up-sell and ultimately let me decide based on what I felt.
Came in to your store for service on my Marin-San Rafael hybrid bicycle. Service department did an excellent job on my bike that needed a lot of attention. Was like a new bicycle. What I didn't know is that I would also be leaving with a New Eco Giant Roam E+GTS bicycle. I was just starting to look into the Eco bicycle market and after Andrew letting me take an Eco bicycle for a test drive I was sold. I have been out for a few rides already and can not begin to tell you how much it has gone beyond my expectations. This bicycle is the best of both worlds like my old hybrid bike. Will still ride older bike but I think you know I will be on That Giant. Look forward to doing 30 day tune up on new bike and for future services. Thanks
