Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was looking for an electric MTB for my wife and an MTB for myself. We were looking at a certain bike and they suggested a different model based on what we wanted to do. We ended up buying two electric MTB’s. I originally wanted an regular MTB but they suggested if my wife has an electric that I might not be able to keep up. Boy were they right. These bikes were a game changer my wife can climb like never before and I am able to tackle more technical terrain. Their after purchase support is top notch. Any issues we had and adjustment we needed were taken care of right away. This is definitely A top notch bike shop. I highly recommend it for both purchase and maintenance of your bike.
This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a bike shop. They taught my significant other an myself so much about bikes, I told them we where learning an BOOM! Here came the knowledge!! Everything! The personnel are out of site with their knowledge, helpfulness, and their overall positive attitude. One will not have to stand very long before being asked if they could be helped. The best choice I did was to purchase my Giant Ar1 from Folsom Bike Folsom Location!
