The sales staff was phenomenal. We never waited more than 5 minutes for anything. Someone was always helping us and making sure we were taken care of. Everyone was friendly and genuine. The staff love riding and you can see it in the interaction with other customers. I’ll be back when I’m ready for my mountain bike.

I recently purchased a gravel bike. The salesperson, Travis, was excellent. He took the time to find out what my intended uses were and explained the various models and component offerings in a way that was easy to understand. It was a pleasurable, no pressure, experience.
Was looking for a Trek bike and you had 1 in stock, Salesman Mike was very friendly and helpful, he checked the floor to see if the bike I wanted was in stock, and processed the sale over the phone so I could get the last one left. Andrew was super helpful when I went to test ride, he made several adjustments to make sure the bike was best suited for my height before I took it home, would highly recommend Folsom Bike.
Excellent customer service. Great email news letter. Really like Folsom Bike having two locations. The El Dorado Hills store location is a short ride on Hwy 50 from my residence in Minden, NV. My new Giant Revolt Advanced 2 is a fun ride. Did I tell you how great the customer service is? Fabulous.
