We were in town only a few days. We were on a ride and stopped in the Folsom Bike to check my Trek E bike I had bought 2.5 years ago. Andrew greeted us and said if you can wait, only 30 minutes he would check everything out, walk in not an appointment. He even gave us a nice strong coffee while we waited. Excellent and friendly service!!
It was a great bike! Survived the trail & kept up with friends. Andrew H. helped us get our bikes set up & told me everything I needed to know, it helped that he was super funny and really kind.

Excellent facility -- clean, well-stocked, safe, includes adjacent café / restrooms; close to downtown and accessible to lake trails; convenient opening days/hours; reasonable prices. Super-professional, efficient, and friendly staff. We even "enjoyed" an opportunity to avail of their first-aid equipment and know-how... And when they learned that the injury was not due to a technical malfunction of a bike, nevertheless they waived our rental fees on that bike entirely!
