Everything, just the fact that they could accommodate our needs on a whim during the pandemic and at a time when everyone is using bikes outdoors was a wonder. When we arrived we were met with hospitality and courtesy. Our bikes were sized and issued in a timely manner and the payment was seamless and fair. Thanks and I would definitely recommend. We rented 5 bikes.

I found my experience in the Folsom Bike shop to be fantastic. My salesperson Will was friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. The other shops were telling me I had to come in and pay for the product then come back in 48 hours to pick up my new bike. I was looking to walk out of a bike store with my bike.
Will found a way to have the bike in their inventory and had it built and ready to test ride the same day. The test ride was great and I had a bike to ride the same day. Great customer service experience especially for a beginning rider like me. The Eldorado Hills shop had so much to choose from I didn't think I could go wrong. I drove from Elk Grove and it was totally worth it.
Loved working with Folsom Bike. Only decided to go with another bike shop becuase they had the bike I wanted available sooner. Will be back.

I liked that you carried Trek e bikes, I could purchase my pike on line ,were responsive when a problem occurred ( no power), help edme load my biike and will send me the manual that they forgot to enclose. Nancy

Your service department was courteous and helpful. That is hard to find these days. Most repair shops act like they are doing you a favor repairing your bike while taking your money. Folsom Bike was not that way.

Super friendly and helpful staff who immediately engaged and served me. Prior to going to you I went to Mikes Bikes. 5 guys standing behind the counter doing and saying nothing. Service kid came up and barked, gotta mask? I said oh sorry I don’t, do you guys have one? Said loud enough all heard me. Not one offered a response. No reaction at all. Less than an hour later you guys set me up with great bike, service installed several additional features I wanted and you earned my future business and referrals. Way to go Folsom Bike. Great experience!
