Despite the impact of the pandemic, there was a great selection of inventory on the floor and in the logistical queue when I visited the store (El Dorado location) in January, whereas nearly all other regional bike shops within 40+ miles could not provide an anticipated ship date before Fall.
Not only did the technician/associate educate me on the bike I purchased and ensured a comfortable and enjoyable rider experience, I also learned more about other bike models for other personal goals such as fitness, recreation, commuting. Overall, it was a great experience.

I drove in from an hour away, bike was all ready, and I was only there for 5-10 minutes. Everything was efficient, and everyone that helped me were kind.

The overall service is very good and the people are very nice and helpful. I did have one issue that I need to talk to them about when I go in this week. I had a tune up done and provided a new tube to be replaced in my back tire and they replaced the tube in my front tire instead. Honest mistake. I'm sure they will fix the issue when I come in later this week.
