I love both Folsom Bike locations. Very helpful and friendly staff in both Sales and Service. My only gripe with my most recent transaction was I bought a $540 bike for my mom for Mother’s Day, $150 shoes and $100 pedals for me. They wanted to charge me $10 to put the clips on the shoes. I feel in the interest of customer service, when someone is dropping that much money, you wave that fee.
