One of the technicians spent tons of time with us figuring out how to get our Thule bike holder back on our car (we bought it from Eddys several years ago). It turns out we lost a part and he found a spare in their stash. It was truly awesome service. We love Eddys. The employees are wonderful.
Location is the key. I took my son's mountain bike for a tune up in North Olmsted. They informed me that the brake pads were worn and would need changed. I asked them to hold off because I already had $150 into the repairs, etc. Several weeks later I removed the pads myself and compaired them to new ones. They had very little wear. This is unethical and a scam. You take advantage of people who are less mechanical or just dont know. Poor way to do business.

I like the fact Eddy’s takes good care of giving my bike longevity with the excellent yearly service . Staff is honest and knowledgeable. For instance informing me due to painted rims my brakes are unrepairable. Also I am going to get a new mountain bike ( and keep my old) and Eddy’s recommended one that is applicable to Ohio terrain .

Everyone at this location was helpful and friendly, when I brought a bike in for repairs. They walked me through what needed done and explained my options. I felt comfortable that I was getting quality service for a fair price. I would definitely recommend this shop to others and will use it again in the future.
