Staff are very friendly and take their time with you to make sure you understand the products. I have owned Trek bikes for over twenty five years and love their dependability and quality.
When I first came in, the man put my bike on the rack and went over things and explained to me what needed to be done and why.
I appreciated that!! There was another call about my brakes. Before anything was done they wanted to explain what they had found and let me know what they felt was needed.
A different person helped me when I came to pick up my bike and he was equally as helpful.

My last purchase, a hitch-mounted bike rack for my new car, went very well. A staffmember who had his car outside with one of my options mounted, was extremely helpful in weighing the pros & cons for the 4 or 5 different option available in-store, as well as some option that would have to be ordered. I purchased a rack right during that session, & the staffmember committed to assembling it for me. He did so around the time my new car showed up at the dealer & helped me mount it on my car. I used it today, perfect.
