The service is always top notch. My wife loves the bike tuning she received. It runs like new for her, and the gears shift seamlessly now. I like the variety of bicycles in your showroom, though they do seem to be a bit pricey. Need to do my research.

I like the products that you carry and that all of your employees know them well, and can answer all your questions. Everybody there also informative on the products, and not pushy on a sale. They also go out of there way to help you. My only negative comment would be is that a little pricey.

Chris our bike fitter was patient and willing to do as much as he could to get us a proper fit. He is a very skilled individual, both in customer service and in his technical abilities.
Decent prices, reliable gear.
I brought my wife’s bike in for a tube replacement. The tech did a safety check and showed me that the brakes needed to be adjusted. Work was excellent and very reasonable price wise. I will definitely use them in the future. Also, techs were extremely friendly and considerate.
