There's a large quantity of bikes to choose from for people of all ages, and the staff were friendly and took time to help me try out as many as I needed to find the bike I wanted. They also helped me order my bike and made sure it was setup for me. I visited their Stowe location to see what they had, but returned to buy closer to home.
John Keffer was most helpful in researching the correct ring lock that would fit my bike, and calling the Trek service dept. for part numbers for the lock and the adapters and screws needed for installation. John also carefully explained and showed us how to correctly mount it.
My two experiences at Eddy's Bike Shop were very pleasant and postive. I will gladly recommend Eddy's to my friends and family!

There was a bike mechanic available to help fix my daughter’s bike right away, which avoided a meltdown for not being able to ride her bike to school the next day. She saved the day, but also was so kind and went above and beyond while doing so. Much, much appreciated!!

In addition to having a wide variety of top products, your staff is the best. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to listen and then make tremendous recommendations. After the sale, they also make sure you get the most out of your purchase by providing additional help. I drive 45 minutes, and pass by a lot of closer bike shops, to come to Eddys. It is always worth the drive.

Toe clip fail

My sons hand brake when out on his bike and I took it up to Eddy's just about 15 minutes before closing and the team was so nice and took care of us. The price as well as not what I was expecting they only changed 10 dollars I was expecting more like 30 plus. Again team was great pricing was great if my boys have anymore bike issues I'll be taking them to Eddy's Bike Shop.
