I was on my final day, Friday June 7, on the Ohio to Erie Trail when I had a flat tire near Botzum Station. I called before you guys even opened, the man said, “sure, when you get here, we’ll take care of you!”. Excellent, speedy courteous service, and a friendly Bassett hound to keep me company, “A+” all around!! I literally couldn’t have finished my Great Ohio Retirement Ride without you all!! Later that afternoon, I got my picture of me and my bike (with new tires from Eddy’s) at The Edgewater Park Script Cleveland sign, thanks in a big way, to Eddy’s!!

Andre in the Stow store has been extremely helpful and great to work with. I have had 3 bikes in for service and he has done a very thorough job developing the list of work and recommending parts. I also just bought a Trek Dual Sport 2 from the Peninsula location and the staff was super nice and helpful.

I’m only a weekend bike rider. I sit rather erect and stop whenever butt sore. You folks have everything that I’ll ever need.
Attentive staff who provide service sometimes without charge; in those cases I tip. Also wide product selection. I live east side but since Century Cycle closed their Shaker Heights store, I'm willing to drive back to Rocky River where I used to go anyway when my office was a few blocks away on Center Ridge. My current bike was bought there.
