Great product and top notch service. I trust my bikes completely with your team. When I’m flying down a hill at 30mph I don’t want to have to question if I had the right people working on my bikes.
After making the mistake of buying a Schwinn bike from Amazon, and having to return two different defective bikes, I decided to go to Eddy's for a bike for my 6 year old. Having purchased a bike for myself from Eddy's years ago, I knew they'd have something that would work for his needs.
We looked at a couple different options, and decided on an 18" bike since he'd be at the smaller end of that. The sales rep was very helpful in letting him try out all the different bikes and adjusting seats up and down for him.
I was able to order a bike on Sunday, and it was built and ready to go the following Friday. Its the perfect size for my son, and will be able to grow with him.

You guys have a great stock of bikes and I was able to buy the model and size I was looking for without ordering. Tom was the salesman helping me and he was very knowledgeable on Trek products. He was patient with some of my potentially naive questions and never made me feel awkward. After placing the order the pick up day a few days later was great. Tom spent over an hour with me, first on the trainer and then outside helping get the bike setup to my liking and explaining what was normal and potential pros and cons of deviating.
At the end of the day, I am very happy with my purchase and the whole experience. I have yet to ride my new bike much due to the weather but as we move more into spring I am looking forward to getting out with my buddies and showing off my new ride. (Hopefully it will be more comfortable than my old Bianchi!)
