Stow Marketing Director Michael, took my incoming call on the first ring and talked me thru the local inventory so I didn't waste a long drive to the store. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and very willing to help. Twice Michael emailed me photo's of bike's which would meet my requirements. Once in store and hour later, George took over and helped me "invest" $1,600 in a new bike and collateral. I was served by knowledgeable, well trained, courteous professionals.

I brought my bike there because you guys are Bosch specialists. My bike happens to be a Cannondale, which I know you’re not a dealer of but for example my bike was involved in a bad accident and was rebuilt by a Cannondale dealer the work was kind of sub par that’s why I brought it to you guys to go through it and make sure everything was right.
