I came in to build a repair kit for my bike and was directed to many options available. I needed a complete kit on a budget and was able to put together one that suited my needs. I wasn't pushed to buy the best and nicest options, rather helped to buy the items I needed. It's nice to have such knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Great product selection and employees
I ordered a Trek Slash 7 in the North Olmsted store from Trek and it was shipped and ready in 2 days! The 3 employees that assisted me were awesome (wish I could remember their names). They were knowledgeable, helpful and patient individuals. I called a different store closer to me before traveling 40 minutes to Eddy's. The employee at that store acted as if he couldn't be bothered with my questions. Customer service means a lot to me and Eddy's in North Olmsted has earned my business! Thanks again to the 3 employees that made new bike day awesome for me!!!

My bike buying experience at Eddys Stow location was amazing from the moment walking in to their continued, ongoing post purchase support. They had all of the bikes I wanted to compare in one place. Rob was super patient in actually listening to my my wants/needs as I wasn't really sure what my requirements truly were. He spent a pressure free afternoon with me just basically riding bikes to fit my personal needs for now, and in the future. Bike pickup day was glitch free with Jimmy and Team who fitted my new whip to my body on their trainer. I have never felt more in-tune with a machine.

Friendly helpful staff, nice store layout with very attractive bikes, no aggressive sales pitches, I feel free to wander around the shop, but staff will answer questions when I have them, always a pleasure to visit this store
