What's not to like? You're knowledgeable, friendly, fair, and you have great turn around times. I also love that you are a Specialized and Trek dealership. You have top notch products. I've been coming there for almost ten years now, and I have purchased my last 3 bikes at the Stow location. I love the staff there. Also, I'd like to throw a shout out to George Mitchell for always going above, and beyond. It's the interactions like he creates that are going to keep customers like me coming back. We were looking for a full suspension mountain bike for my wife. They had a great bike for my wife and they set it up for her. She also had questions about her bike since this was her first full suspension bike. They were very helpful in anwsering her questions.Their prices and inventory were great. We drove 3 hours to their shop. It was well worth the trip. We even purchased a bike for my son while we were there.

Ian and Craig at the Eddy's in North Olmsted were so helpful. My "Specialized" e-bike crumped out on one of my rides, and they patiently worked through the problem by calling Specialized and then performing the necessary repairs as suggested by the company. Because I had bought the bike at an Eddy's three years prior, they didn't charge me for any of their time. I'm also grateful that Eddy's employees are graciously willing to load and unload my bike each time!
