I stopped in for a helmet and the young man greeted me right away and stepped away from the counter and walked me through the options. He was so helpful and patient. He even recommended a local motorcycle shop nearby to help me with fitted goggles for my dry eye condition when I go on long bike rides. Glad I stopped in. Will go back for sure! Shop local!!!

I thought my bike needed a new battery went in with just the battery, they asked for whole bike and fixed the issue which I was unaware of.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They walked me step by step through the purchase of my new bike rack. They took the time to show me how to mount it to my vehicle and made sure I understood how to mount it.

I brought my Specialized Turbo Creo SL e-bike in because the on/off button was giving me trouble. The mechanic was able to look at my bike immediately, and, fortunately, it only required a battery replacement. I was on my way in 15 minutes. Great service!

Staff is friendly and resolved an issue with product missing items in package. Could stock more essential items like Shimano Brake hoses though I realize it’s not a typical DIY item for most customers.
Eddy's bike repair does a great job of servicing and tune-ups. I've used them for years. The last time I took in one of my bikes— my e-bike— they called and said there was nothing wrong and the battery was just not pushed in hard enough to connect and there was no charge for service. They're knowledgeable, honest and proud of their work —I highly recommend them!

Eddy's is a comprehensive bike shop and conveniently right in my neighborhood! I purchased a bike that they had to order in. I was slightly concerned that it might need some adjusting and being new to bike ownership I would have a lot of initial questions. The staff was terrific both in advice and actual modifications. They did it fast while I waited. Being in close proximity to my house might seem insignificant, but it is not for me. I live in a small space and don't have (or intend to get) a bike rack for my car, but I will always be close to this location.
