The man who helped me find the right tube also took the time to explain and demonstrate how to change a tube on a wheel he was working on - it was very helpful. We were looking for mirrors for our ebike. The mirrors the sales person recommended fit perfectly. He said if they didn't fit bring them back no problem. We have been going to Eddies for years. Big selection.

The service I received was the best! The tech was so courteous and knowledgeable, I was really impressed! I had two new tires and tubes put on my Specialized Crossroads bike. I thought that I was going to have to come back the next day, but the tech got into it immediately! He was awesome!!! We have purchased a bike and accessories before from Eddy's and have been thoroughly satisfied. We will definitely continue to go there.

Though I did not get this particular bike from Eddy's due to Covid shortage when I bought it, the team was not at all hesitant to work on it. They wer very upbeat and went beyond normal customer service to make my bike safe again. I also got a new helmet which I really needed and really like and I got lights for street riding.
