Excellent customer service. Mitch explained everything about the bike to me, including detailed instructions for shifting, lubricating the chain, taking the tire off, and really took his time making sure I was happy and had the right size bike. He also explained safety features of different helmets, made recommendations for locks, water bottle, lights, etc. Rather than high pressure sales tactics, he was more of a consultant and helped me figure out what was best for me.

I told my health issues and he made sure to pick out the The right bike I explained what the doctor had told me as far as losing weight and not to buy a cruiser. The gentleman who helped put my new seat on and adjust my seat and also my water rack. I hope I have his name right. I think it's Gary. I hope I have that right but he's a great guy. He's a small town guy from farmland in Ohio and he's a great, great person. I really enjoyed my experience. I visit the shop on many occasions. It was just a great experience.
