Knowledgeable staff who dont push unneeded service needs
Eddy’s is where I bought my bike originally several years ago. I’ve always had great service and advice from them! I’m just a recreational rider, and don’t really do much maintenance of my own so I really appreciate that Eddys makes sure my bike is as safe as possible! Whether it’s tires, chain, gearing, etc.

I love you have such a great online catalog show what and which stores have what in stock! And when I come to the store your employees are super helpful! They help you buy what you want or need. They don’t try to push you into unnecessary purchases!
Really like Eddy's products - your shops always have high- quality merchandise at what seems to be a reasonable price. And we know we can find real expertise there as well.
However, I would say that your sales staff should have a strong appreciation for prospective customers who walk through the door. If met with personnel who are behaving in a lackadaisical, disinterested manner, that hardly inspires confidence or desire to do business there. Just for the record.
