I recently had 2 ebikes serviced at the one year anniversary. Very friendly staff who answered all of my questions.
When I returned home and took the bikes off of the bike rack I noticed the chain and rear sprocket on my bike was extremely dirty. I ride a lot of gravel and dirt roads. Apparently cleaning the sprocket and chain is not included in the service.
We love to buy all our bikes from Eddy’s and we always are pleased with all tune-ups and quick turn around for needed fixes!

My only complaint is that they finished the repair so quickly that i only had time for one beer at herb's. The young man who attended to my repair looked a great deal like mike clevinger who used to pitch for the indians. He was very professional, and deserves a raise.
