We own probably 8-10 bikes from Eddy's through the years, plus a Schwinn Airdyne and toboggan. We have bought from both Stow and Montrose.
The bike we brought in for new tires is a Schwinn Frontier that hung in our detached garage for about two decades. We brought it down and are fixing it up for our eight-year-old granddaughter, as we initially purchased it for our daughter who is now 36. About 15 years ago you rebuilt my Voyager 11.8 that my wife and kids did as a surprise for my birthday. Andrew at Montrose gets a shout-out.
Great bikes selection for all ages. Very helpful with making my son's first bike experience very memorable allowing him to pick an choose his bike, helmet and accessories. Did a great job helping with giving knowledge on how to maintain the bike through out the year and before each riding season.
Service department is very prompt and knowledgeable. Sales staff is as well. More often than not, they repair my bike while I wait, or at least the same day. They know me like family, and treat me the same. Actually, they treat everyone like family.

I love my bike rack, the guys working there made it so easy for me to pick the right rack for my hitch, they assembled it and put it on the back of my vehicle. I didn't have a clue about what size bike racks I needed. I'm so grateful for their expertises!!!!!!!!
This is a wonderful store that has a wide variety of cycling products. The staff is well able to assist both before and after the purchase. The service area techs are very experienced and helpful and turn around the job as quickly as possible.

I've been dealing with Eddie's since 1999. I've purchased 8 bicycles in that time. My recommendations to others have been responsible for at least 5 other sales. There's no reason to ever deal with any other store. From my initial fitting, maintenance, and repairs till today, every interaction has been exemplary.
Took my bike in for a tune-up and the guys did a great job. It’s peak season for the repair shop and they got it done in just a couple days.

Was the TSR brand. Cheaper version. ~17$ ish. I would opt to carry a different one where the hose screws into the syringe part. You don’t even need the part that screws into the valve like this one had. Every time I tried to inject some gunk into the tire, the hose disconnected from the syringe and the stuff went everywhere. It took a bit to keep it at the right angle and I had to creatively hold it in place so this wouldn’t pop out. I ended up throwing this one out and bought a cheaper version online that had the hose that screws into the syringe securely for future use.

Not a big deal, but when I dropped it off I said I wanted it to be ready for the season, and specifically asked for the battery to be replaced, so the speedometer would be good. It wasn't, I did it myself. Had to adjust the sensor, etc. Again, 10 minute fix. No biggie, but you asked.
On the other hand you called to let me know my breaks needed work, and asked for permission. Super knowledgable sales, and great staff. But a 10 is perfect, and you weren't. You were really, really, good.

Everyone was super helpful at Eddy's bike shop!! From the person who helped me try out a few different versions and sizes of Verve bikes, adjusted the handlebars for me and the seat post to make sure I picked the best fit. I was also helped with picking out a new seat, a bike rack, and when I came in to pick my bike up, I was helped with getting a new tire inflator. I am very excited to ride my new bike. I am sorry that I am so terrible with names but I think James is the one who helped me out a lot on my first 2 visits to the shop.
