The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I had purchased two bikes with different needs for our kids. They both ended up with a new bike that fit them. One of the bikes needed tuned up after getting it home, but it was a slight adjustment to correct the tension on the chain. It would have been nice to catch that before bringing it home, but it wasn't a big deal to fix. I would definitely go back, and we will buy our next bicycles from Eddie's.

Walked in there from not being on a bike in 20 years, Tom helped me pick out a new trek Roscoe. Awesome experience and awesome staff there. He knew everything about the bikes and answered every question I had without hesitation. You can tell they know what they are talking about and have experience

He helped us pick out a helmet and showed us some bikes.
The associate tried really hard to get my daughter’s current helmet to fit. When it clearly wasn’t working, she was great with my daughter and helped her pick out a helmet she was excited about.
