David was the sales associate we worked with on the purchase of two adult helmets. He had a very pleasant personality and was very helpful in explaining what needed to be considered when choosing a helmet. He collected a bit of information about the type of cyclists we were, and then made his recommendation based on that. We enjoyed working with him and felt comfortable with our purchase as a result.
Friendly service with lots of product options. Accessories were a bit over priced but getting a % off when purchasing a bike helped balance it out.
Tristan took a lot of time to explain the differences in bikes and answering my questions.
Management is very courteous technicians and the whole staff are very knowledgeable. They don’t pressure you into buying stuff you don’t need, they give good recommendations. The family that owns it are very good and trustworthy people. I recommend if you need anything for your bicycle or you’re interested in buying go there you won’t be disappointed.
I'm very pleased with the Trek AL5. As a combo road/endurance bicycle, it provides everything I was looking for. In addition, I'm consistently impressed with all the team members I've met, in regards to their courtesy, expertise, patience and ability to make me feel like the most important person in the store. I also trust that the promises they make, they keep. Keep up the great work. They have also gone out of their way to solve a problem on my wife's Trek Hybrid that we purchased at Eddy's years ago, without charging me. It wasn't a major issue and took minutes to remedy, but the fact that it was no charge and it's fixed is special in today's marketplace.

Very responsive to my issues. Did a great job finishing up my adult trike, helping me find a helmet and getting a different seat for my trike.
Excellent service, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and expeditious service. However, when I got my bike back and tried to ride it at home, the gear shifting device was misaligned resulting in the chain rubbing really bad against the metal guard. I did not test ride the bike at the store but would assume that'd been caught before releasing the bike to me. Will have to bring it back to fix.
