Service department has been really cool to deal with. My local shops, unfortunately, don’t want to do anything to any bikes that weren’t sold by them. They will gladly take your money for anything else but will refuse to even touch suspension, swap parts, etc. I’ve not had that issue with Eddy’s, period. And last time I was in I witnessed a random act of kindness from one of the technicians with some kids. It’s great to see this type of thing! Keep up the great work!!!

Great service from the young man that replaced a spoke nimble on my tubular rim. He did it while I waited and he was very courteous and answered all my questions. The charge for the service was reasonable, as well.
