My customer service/bike specialist was Deb Roznovsky. I was interested in buying the Thule Ez fold 2 to travel with our 2 E-Bikes. Deb asked me to bring one of my E Bikes. Deb then demonstrated and also had me load my E Bike on and off of the Thule Ez fold rack. Deb had amazing knowledge and was very patient. Although Thule Ez fold is more expensive than other racks, Deb assured me and then demonstrated that my bike is very secure. I highly recommend Deb and Eddy's Bikeshop.

I went to Eddys to get fitted for a new bicycle I received for Christmas, buy a new helmet, and to get a couple of wheelchair tires replaced. The salesperson was great. He went to my car to help me get my bicycle, and worked with me to get everything properly adjusted He then properly fitted me with a helmet. While I was doing that, the service department replaced the tires on my wife's wheelchair.
The salesperson spent about an hour with me making certain I understood all the aspects of my bike and explained how everything worked.
