1) I like the way your bike mechanics talk to customers about repair/service recommendations. I like that's there's actual conversation, not just selecting boxes on a web site.
2) I like that you have a decent amount of clothing inventory. I bought new bike shorts at your Stow store this week, but first needed to try on different brands to find the right fit. Was so thankful you had enough inventory to do that. I drove a bit far to your store, thinking I'd have the best chance there and was right.

Good service you need to include some free stuff.You should not have to pay for a kickstand that should come on the bike for what you pay for that bike. You buy a car seat belts come with it.You send a 1000.00 for the bike and have to pay a kickstand.unreal.

The staff at Eddy’s was able to take a look at my bike and give me immediate feedback for the work and services that were needed. The service time was faster than I anticipated and I am extremely pleased with the repairs on my bike and the customer service provided.
I bought my bike brand new from Eddys And never made it in for the free tuneup. I brought the bike in For a few adjustments, and was treated excellent like a paying customer should be, and I was taken care of and out the door in no time. Mechanic was realistic about what actually needed to be done and what could wait if I wanted to ride. New chain and a quick derailer adjustment and I was on my way.
There were lots of skills observed while I was there scouting out a modern disk urban fitness Trek. I received great advice about my sizing and even rapid assistance in replacing too short stock stem with perfect fit for my reach...This is a top notch bike store/shop from my lengthy experience...will always visit them first.
