The people whom I spoke with there were very helpful and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable talking with them as though we had been friends for years. Zack was very helpful and reassuring to talk to about a frozen bottom bracket (used to adjust the chain tension on a tandem). He carefully patiently worked on it for several days of lubricating and testing. Eventually, another coworker with more experience in that particular issue came in and helped to free it up and adjust the chain. The thing that was most helpful was that I felt confident that he was going to take good care of my bike, which he did. I would certainly recommend Eddy's to anyone needing work on their bike.

I really appreciate it Deb spending hours with me reviewing the technical details, the performance details, the operation and the service of my perspective new bike. I bought a number of accessories to outfit the bike and Deb was always most professional, personable, informative, and she provided good guidance from her personal experience. My test ride convinced me that this was the bike for me and I bought it. I just rode it home yesterday and I’m thrilled.
