Had a great experience buying a New Trek Mountain Bike. My salesman Matt was excellent in explaining the features on two bikes that I was looking at. I ended up purchasing the Trek Merlin 8. Beautiful bike that is so much fun to ride. This is the 4th bike I have purchased from Eddy’s going back to 1988. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!!

I love Eddy's! As an avid biker, I feel like a kid in a candy store when I go in. The Stow store is the one I frequent, and everyone is super friendly and helpful there. I enjoy Eddy's and am very thanklful we have a great bike store in our local vicinity.

I like the fact that there is a pretty good inventory in the store. It’s still not like pre Covid levels yet but that is not their fault. The helpfulness of the employees was very good and the person that I dealt with was not only knowledgeable but was courteous and friendly too. Overall it was a very good experience.
Very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in the store. The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because I felt a bit rushed because it was 5pm when we got there to pick up the bike. I was told we didn’t have much time.

Great stock, staff and service. I recently bought a Trek FX2. Initially I was looking at getting the large frame but after a test drive they recommended jumping up to the XL frame. I'm glad I did as I was able to go on a long ride the next day. After my first ride things stretched/settled and I noticed some front disc noise. I took it in and they fixed it right away. Overall great crews at each location.
