Very friendly and accommodating. I foolishly thought I could fix something says before a race. Turns out I made it much worse. They kindly accommodated me first thing in the morning so that I didn't have to miss out on my race. Also turns out the gentleman who fixed my bike was also racing so I was also able to make an acquaintance too congratulate on race day at the finish line!
Really friendly and informative customer service. Came in to get a tire with a weird valve aired up and the tech took time to show me how to air it up with an adapter piece. Very helpful!

Awesome service and friendly staff
You had a huge selection of bikes and different manufacturers too. The knowledge of the staff was very helpful in selecting the right bike for me. The last time I bought a mountain bike was 32 years ago and how the technology has changed and the sales associate was extremely helpful informing me of all the advanced. The accessories were plentiful also which I bought shock and tire pumps, phone holder and of course a water bottle.

Could maybe offer an option to wash the bike either for free or for a small fee
