I took my bike in for a tune-up. Every employee that I talk with was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I was told it would take two weeks for the work on my bike and the bike was ready early. I will be back for my next tune-up.

I worked with Josh on an exchange after realizing my recently purchased bike was probably too big for me. He and another gentleman (I have sadly lost the name) helped me review everything about the bike again and took some extra time to really help me adjust things to better fit me along with providing me some information I could use in the future should I feel more adjustments are needed.
The entire process was very smooth. As a new customer, I was a bit hesitant to be coming back in with problems so soon, but everyone I have worked with at Eddy's so far, from initial purchase to my second visit for the exchange have been incredibly patient and customer service focused. They definitely want us to be happy not only with our purchase, but with our entire experience once we're out riding as well.
