First of all the staff-always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile when I bring my bike in for a check to get me in and out quickly.

I took my bike in for a tune-up. Every employee that I talk with was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I was told it would take two weeks for the work on my bike and the bike was ready early. I will be back for my next tune-up.
