the crew at Eddy's bike shop went above and beyond to fix a problem I was having with my bike that a bought from them, it took a few trips to get it ironed out but they got it fixed and I was happy.. I wont hesitate to purchase from them in the future
I bought brake pedals last summer, but never had a chance to put them on my bike. Went into the store just last week and asked them if they could do it for me. They were very courteous put the bike pedals on my bike without any charge.

We had a fantastic experience at Eddy’s Bike Shop in Stow! The salesperson who helped us was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. He took the time to communicate directly with our 9-year-old, making him feel comfortable and confident with the bike he chose. He carefully adjusted the fit, explained everything clearly, and even offered to help us load the bike onto our rack — a small gesture that made a big impression.
The level of service was outstanding, and the shop itself is incredible — the inventory is huge! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, there’s something for everyone here. We left feeling very well taken care of and highly recommend Eddy’s to anyone in the market for a bike.
