All the guys are Great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and just cool to talk to. It's nice to see that they're getting more BMX stuff in. Even the big BMX bikes.they did a great job on setting up my brakes with gyro,.and it was done on the exact date that they told me it would be. I'll be going back regularly.
Over all you guys are great. Service is always good, great inventory. I do need to return this light reflector combo though as the light does not work

Helpful knowledgeable super friendly
Taylor greeted me when I walked into the RR location. I needed my Trek mountain bike safety serviced and general maintenance.
Taylor helped me get my bike out of my vehicle (being 5’5” and 98 lbs it proved difficult for me to even load IN to my car) and we went inside with my bike.
Taylor put it on a service rack behind the counter to give it a good look over and inspection. Basic maintenance and safety service was all that was needed!
I dropped my bike off on a Thursday and went back on the following Tuesday to pick it up. Again, Mr. Taylor was working and recognized me when I came in. He happily retrieved my bike from the service room and brought it out into the showroom for me to see.
I was so pleased and so excited to get back to riding! Taylor loaded up my bike in my car for me and I was so, so grateful.
I am now speeding around town on my beautiful Trek! I can run errands OR go on trail rides - whatever my heart desires!
It has been fifteen years since I have seriously trail biked so being able to get back into it (albeit slowly now that I am 48 years old - a lot different than my twenties and thirties) has been such an amazing, freeing feeling!
I used to climb and descend stairs and trails along Niagara Falls, Hogback Ridge jumps - I may be a bit too old for jumps, but I WILL get back to climbing stairs/trails and LOVING the subsequent descent!

I had called another bike shop to get a tire fixed, the guy told me he would call me back after the weekend (I called on a Thursday), over a week later the call never came. I walked in to Eddy’s unannounced and they fixed it on the spot. Great customer service.

Tristan was very helpful when picking out a new Trek Marlin 5 on 6/1/25. Walked me through several options, sizing and a test ride.
I had an issue with that bike same day purchase when I was on the towpath at CVNP. I called Eddys at Stow approx. 1-2 hrs after I had made the purchase and they directed me to the make-shift Eddys location in Peninsula. I went there and they replaced my pedals free of charge and got me back out on the trail.
This is excellent customer service.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. New look of the store is great. I was skeptical as we had been customers of CC, but were very pleased with our experience at Eddy's. They took the time to talk with us and really meet the needs of my son so that he was getting a bike that would last him a good length of time.

I have been to Eddy's twice within the past week.Both times I was in NEED of 'TODAY' repairs. Mike (first visit) and Steven (second) were fantastic to interact with and clearly displayed they were EXCELLENT with their understanding my needs to get what needed to be done..DONE! In and out same day. (Unheard of anywhere else.
I did have time to check out the shop and was..well..quite simply--amazed at the advancements in equipment, accessories, quite literally EVERYTHING.
Would I recommend Eddy's to family/friends/strangers..already have! When I find a place like you have, I'm very 'vocal' about it. A very impressive operation and outstanding people to get to know!
You'll get money out of me in the future and I'll be happy to part with it.
