I have had a few issues with my new trek fuel exe. Drew and Craig have gone above and beyond to make things right. They have taken the time to research and explain what work they performed. Definitely recommend dealing with Eddy's North Olmsted for a bike purchase or repair.

It’s more of the customer service. I brought my bike in and was expecting to pay for the higher package to get my bike up and running and the gentlemen took a look at my bike and said you don’t need that package. The basic package will be just fine, for me that’s amazing customer service.
