Service was excellent!! Drew took his time with me initially choosing a bike that fit my needs. He listened as I told him how I ride and what I want to achieve.
When I picked up my bike I had a few items that needed to be put on and I forgot the magnet for my computer. The mechanic(don't know name) had several so I wouldn't have to make another trip. Busy on day of pickup, left bike for mechanic to install my items. Drew called next day verifying my hitch size for carrier, told him I was passing on one from store(out of my price range). He seemed just a little disappointed but wanted me to be happy and comfortable with my purchases. Also told me that he and another mechanic were staying late to finish up a few bikes and told me mine would be ready the next day for pickup-it was!
Picked it up Friday, mechanic set my seat for me and put it in the backseat of my car.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase, just wish I could have thanked Drew for the great service from beginning to end!
