Bryan was very helpful in Service at the store. Ron did a good job in sales.

One concern I had is earlier in the week i called in to get an idea on the cost to repair my bike. I was transferred to the service department for help and was on hold for 5-10 minutes. I gave up and hung up. But since you are one of the few bicycle shops in the area with a reputation of a good service department I did not give and tried another time and got through. Just so you know, had there a lot of other options i would have gone somewhere else, Nevertheless I am satisfied.
