I'm not shopping for another bike at the moment, but the selection appears to be good. I was disappointed in the shoe selection, it is not what it was like during Century Cycle days. I was pleased with the helmet selections. Services are always top notch with the previous staff members making the crossover.

Great bike selection, awesome customer service
I brought my trike in to be checked over and everyone was so helpful. It was a great experience for someone my age. A Young man helped me get it out of my car and when it was repaired another young man helped me get it back into my car. The cost to have it looked over and repaired was great. Some places wanted to charge me several hundreds of dollars to look at it. Thank all of you at Eddys!

Brian's customer service is fantastic! He took the time to verify the unusual tube/tire size my 40-year-old road bike requires, made jokes with my daughter and I about bells and coffee and even verified the price of a part I had no intention of purchasing the day I was in the store. I will definitely return to buy that derailleur later, and I'll head straight for Brian every time I see him in the store.
