Quality products & services
It was great that I could stop in and get a quick repair on my bike for a reasonable price. They were kind enough to get it from truck and put it back in. What I didn't like was the guy that said he would be out to get the bike, disappeared and starting helping other. I went back in and someone else helped me. Then that guy told me 5 for parts and 15 for labor. When a different guy rang me up it was 7 for parts and 20 for labor. I didn't say anything. I do have to say it was a pretty busy place on a Sunday afternoon. Just happy my old bike works again.
Very knowledgeable and great service. I have an ebike. Most other bike shops may have a couple or won’t work on an ebike. Eddy’s knows about e-bikes, services them, and has rows of them in stock. They even helped me to pick out a bike rack which is a necessity because my area isn’t really bike friendly and you need to transport a heavy ebike if you really want to ride.
Had a flat tire a few days ago. They immediately took care of it and I was out the door in 45 minutes. That is why I take the hour ride to go there.
