The service was great! My son’s bike was a mess; the chain continued to slip and the flywheel looked like a rats nest by the time I brought it in. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about 15-20 minutes. An easy fix that gave the bike many more miles to climb!

The service at your shop is the best! On Saturday I was at the store missing a brake pad after getting off a trail. Your service team took care of me in a matter of minutes new pads, checked and realigned my brakes and made sure my bike was ready to safely ride again. I can’t thank you enough for the outstanding service at your North Olmsted location!
The service department did a great job Sunday 6/20/22. I had purchased a new wheels etc and Bryan installed them as I waited. He was very helpful discussing options with me.

I recently bought a Specialized road bike and had it assembled at the Willoughby Hills location in Dec 2021. I've been back to this same location multiple times for various other purchases related to road biking, etc. Generally, I would say I had good experience with various staff I've interacted with....some better than others.
This past Sunday 6/26 though, I went in to get my bike serviced (broken spoke and gear adjustment) and interacted with an African-American gentleman with a beard (I believe his name is Mike). My experience was amazing! Mike was extremely knowledgeable about my bike and explained all the issues I was experiencing (i.e. gears, spoke, chain, cassette) and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He helped me pick out the correct bike tube for my bike and referred me to multiple great sources for information on road bike maintenance including the classes offered by Eddy's. In my multiple visits and interactions with other people at this store, not once had anyone mentioned any of these things or explained things as thoroughly and informatively as Mike did. Whatever you're paying this guy, you should double it. Having staff like him is exactly the type of experience that people are looking for at a bike shop, and often don't get outside of a small mom & pop shop in your town.
