I purchased a mountain bike from the Willoughby shop and was absolutely appalled with the service I received from them while purchasing a brand new $1,000 bike that I decided I would never go back to the Willoughby shop again. Cable management during the assembly of the bike was not taken care of and I can't prove it but I honestly think that they may have put oil on my break pads. I would not recommend the Willoughby shop to my worst enemy! Now the North Olmsted shop is a totally different story, they actually care about the customer and are willing to make things right. I brought my bike into their shop on EASTER WEEKEND, the day before Easter 3 hours before they close for the weekend and one of the salesmen put me in touch with one of there technicians, I don't remember his name but he has dark hair and gauged ear lobes, solid dude I would recommend dealing with him 110%. I explained to him the situation I was in and told him to take his time that I didn't care how long it took to get my bike squared away I just wanted it done right. With full expectations of having to wait a few days the technician called me back about an hour before they closed that same day telling me that he had my bike taken care of and it was ready for pick up. Not only did they take care of all the issues I had explained they didn't even charge me for the service. GREAT guys at the North Olmsted shop, I would recommend going out of your way to shop at this Eddie's. Eddie's, pay the man! He deserves it!
I had a great experience with Josh M.at the Stow location. He helped me pick out a great recreational bike and had great insight on extra accessories. One issue I would say is that my bike was finished right before closing the day before Easter and I was excited to take it home so I picked it up but felt kinda rushed picking out things at 10% off in the store but bike is great and I’ll buy my next one there for sure!
The guys in the shop turned around my bike in about 25 mins and it came out great. Fantastic customer service and excellent workmanship.
Staff was very helpful and listened to our likes and dislikes! Also did not try to "oversell" anything and did not press too hard when we stated we didn't want an item.
We did have our bikes shipped to the North Olmstead store which was very helpful. We asked about kickstands at least three times, yet the bikes arrived without them. This was the only complaint we had about this experience.
The stock of bikes is good. My questions were answered. The setup and addition of my accessories was taken care of so my bike was ready to go when I picked it up. They walked me through everything I needed to know about my bike and anything I had questions about.
The repair unit did a great job fixing my Trek Edmonds & getting it back to me quickly so I could continue riding without much interruption. They also kept me well informed of their progress.

Needed to make an exchange of new shoes. Exchange was without question, cleats were removed from the old shoes and attached to the new pair. Excellent customer service.
Excellent service as always! Chris in the Stow store was very helpful in getting me set up with new bikes for my kids and finding exactly what I was looking for at the North Olmstead store -- and Frank in the North Olmstead store was awesome at giving me some help for my son's new bike. They were also very helpful at getting me set up with all of the other little things I needed (i.e. helmets, gloves, etc).

Good customer service. I feel they stand behind their products and service. I was in to get a bad tube replaced on a tire, mentioned to tech that I
had a kickstand placed on the bike last year, but it repeatedly fell off. Eddys replaced with a different kickstand free of charge right there before I left store.
