Already talked with a few friends regarding Eddys. You guys did great, especially John.

You pretty much always have had what I needed when I needed it. Heck, I even married half your staff at some point!
Always timely and quality work. And the staff is super-friendly. Great place to do business.
Convenient locations, good people to work with.
I recently had my bike in for service and was very pleased with the experience.
Great selection, competitive pricing, and knowledgeable/helpful sales staff.
The staff was helpful and friendly at the Willoughby Hills location. We went in for a bike tuneup and tire repair and are very pleased with their quick turnaround and result. Also the price seemed reasonable and they did not try to upsell me which I always appreciate! Now the bike is running great — nice and smooth. Although this was our first time visiting the Willoughby Hills store, we grew up going to Eddys in Stow so for us it was an easy choice as to where to go!
1st trip there. Great experience!
You guys provide great service, know your stuff, and make coming in a pleasure.
Tibor and the staff was extremely helpful. We purchased a Trek bike, lights, helmet and a bell for the bicycle. We arrive near the end of the workday and he helped us. Thank you, Tibor. We recommend Eddy's as a great resource for purchasing a new bicycle. Every time that we go to Eddy's it has been a pleasant experience. The staff was helpful, friendly and grateful for the business. Thank you so much.
Employees are very knowledgeable and very informative and they seem very eager to take care of the customers

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. My first bike was from Eddy’s and now my daughter’s is too!
We bought both our bikes at Eddy's. We trust that Eddy's personnel will repair our bikes with prompt courteous service. We do recommend Eddy's to anyone looking to purchase bikes.

Well, the mirror I purchased for my wife will not fit on her bike. We purchased the Trek FX3, the salesman said it would work but the handle bar is not compatible with that mirror.

Very helpful from salesmen to mechanics.
The staff was very helpful when my family stopped in the other day. Thanks!

A chance to get the winter/wet weather gear I'd been wanting to try.
Already familiar with Gore Bike Wear - have a pair of Windstopper® pants, featuring removable lower leg sleeves and side vents. Well thought-out design.
I buy about one piece of gear every two-to-four years - the pieces last that long!
The Specialized rain jacket I have is still going strong (from 2019), so I wanted to try the over-shoe sock HyViz yellow colour with reflective stripe a plus! …the over sock fit, once I got it over my Shimano CX5 MTB shoes …it worked as offered, warm enough on a long training ride and cut-out clearance for my cleat and heel... haven’t tried the Gore C3 overshoes - haven’t had the pouring rain yet! Looks good though, with bright reflective markings and velcro closures. Got ’em hanging up with some climbing shoes fit inside to shape them, ready for when I use them.
Gloves (all weather) is next on my wish list… thinner is better for me, I prefer less padding and more ‘feel’ - now using Specialized fingerless gloves with glove liners (cotton or Polypropylene) under or over them. I am a motorcyclist, too, so I often employ my rain/winter gear with homemade cinching straps to mind the leg cuffs. -TM
