I have always enjoyed my interaction at CR. The personal service has been impeccable and meaningful. You sold me the right bike that you said would be perfect for me. And it is. The fact that you are a family owned and run business is rare these days when big box stores and chains tend to close you guys down. You are the best, and I'm delighted you are MY BIKE SHOP!

The warm welcome I am always greeted with when I enter the store as well as the efficiency with which the staff works to meet the needs of customers.

Have to say I forgot my mask upon walking in was greeted by an older woman sitting at the counter to say abruptly “ sir your mask” felt the reminder could of been more friendly and I might of been handy for you to have had mask on hand , So I did go back to car and get mask and made my purchase , her approach was a turn off
I’m visiting from out of town and botched a pedal installation. Their patient, timely, and effective service had me on my way in minutes. At a time when excuses, delays, and price gouging are increasingly common, this was a wonderful and reassuring experience.

I had requested the bottom bracket to be replaced due to a clicking sound, but the mechanic determined that it was not necessary. He adjusted and tightened other parts of the bike that may have been causing the clicking sound and was detailed and conscientious about his work.

I get an Explanation of what's wrong and they check to see about parts, if ordering is needed I get a Time frame for when they'll come in and an estimated Date to be done and Ready for Pick-up. Knowledgeable Staff and Experienced Repair and Replacement Personnel make it a Very Nice Experience. I've been coming here for Years and I've bought 2 Bikes here that they keep in Running Shape so I don't Worry about anything.
Super fast, courteous, job done right the first time. Really appreciated them being able to take on my job on short notice.
It's great, love coming into the shop for parts. Love the crew that works there, and is right down the street.
Just wish you were open on Sunday, as if I screw something up on Saturday, I end up going somewhere else on Sunday for parts.
