Mike and the rest of the Chain Reaction employees are very knowledgeable about bicycles. They have an excellent selection of bicycles and do a great job with bicycle repairs. Family owned and operated which is a plus.
Kevin identified the problem almost a month ago. My wheel needed to be replaced. Although I had to wait due to the Holidays, it was worth it. I paid mostly for parts, very little for labor. Everything was transparent. From the receipt describing the services and supplies, to the line item costs indicating why things were so affordable. Mike did the estimation upfront after analysing the problems with my recollection of how the bike was treated. Lexi did the work, or at least that's what the service order receipt indicates. Very good family-run service. Will always come back whenever an issue arises.

Mike is the most conscientious mechanic I've used in the area and I've used many in the past 30 years. I originally found him because none of my other regular mechanics could solve a problem with my gravel bike. And Chain Reaction's prices and service responsiveness are the best in my experience.

Mike and Steve and the CR staff are super-knowledgeable and friendly. All their policies are great, their prices are fair, and they feature a full line-up of Trek bikes. Seriously, don't purchase your bike online, it can lead to unexpected difficulties, and then you don't have the benefit of the CR staff's excellent reduced-price service and expertise. Can't recommended these folks enough!
